Lors de cette édition des Pauses Pro(actives), prenez un moment pour faire le point et mieux vous projeter dans votre avenir professionnel. On vous invite à explorer vos compétences transversales à travers une activité de projection, un inventaire de vos compétences et des échanges en groupe.
Vous avez choisi un certificat ou un microprogramme pour donner un nouvel élan à votre carrière ? Les Pauses Pro(active)s sont l’occasion idéale de s’arrêter, se poser entre le travail, un cours et/ou le prochain engagement, tout en faisant avancer votre réflexion sur votre carrière.
Participez à cet atelier-discussion animé par une conseillère d’orientation, où vous pourrez :
- Échanger avec d’autres étudiants sur vos expériences et questionnements
- Explorer des thématiques variées : carrière et transitions, importance des compétences transversales, stages au certificat, pourquoi réseauter et plus encore
- Recevoir des conseils concrets pour progresser dans votre parcours professionnel

During this edition of Pro(active) Breaks, take a moment to reflect and better envision your professional future. You are invited to explore your transferable skills through a projection activity, a skills inventory, and group discussions.
You have chosen to come back to school to move your career forward with confidence. Pro(active) Career Breaks are the perfect opportunity to pause and recharge between work, a class, or your next commitment, while moving forward in your career journey.
Join this discussion workshop led by a career counselor, where you can:
- Connect with fellow students and share your experiences and questions
- Explore a variety of topics: career transitions, the importance of transferable skills, certificate program internships, networking and why it matters, and more
- Gain practical tips and tools to advance your professional journey
