Siemens Leadership Program Opportunities Event on September 8th & 9th
Diverse talents from all around the world are encouraged to drive their career at Siemens through the Finance Excellence Program and the XPS Leadership Program.
Schedule:
1) September 8th at 9 am EST / 3 pm CET / 9 pm HKT: Get to know Siemens with Timo Nentwich, Executive Vice President and Head of Finance at Siemens Digital Industries Software
2) September 9th at 9 am EST / 3 pm CET / 9 pm HKT: Detailed breakdown of the LDP experience, career opportunities, and cultural insights with Jutta Pfrang, Helena Halek, Nomfundo Kitzinger and Olivier Theokritoff.
3) September 10th: Coffee Chats that will released online *ONLY* during the presentation the day prior. They will take place at 9 am, 9.30 am, 5 pm, 5.30 pm CET.
IMPORTANT: the presentations on September 8th and 9th will be recorded. If your students can’t attend live, they can still register to the event to gain access to the recordings.
Finance Excellence Program
Diverse talents from all around the world are encouraged to drive their career in finance at Siemens through the Finance Excellence Program. This development program is a demanding 24-month journey that includes up to three assignments around the world. It provides the opportunity to demonstrate leadership expertise in tackling real challenges across different business areas.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of professional work experience in a relevant Industry or Field

XPS Leadership Program
Tech enthusiasts passionate about digitalization and transformation are welcome to embark on their career journey with the XPS Leadership Program. The XPS stands for Xcelerate your Potential at Siemens and will provide you with an exceptional platform for your leadership career: You will start in a challenging full-time role and drive the digital transformation at Siemens. A senior manager will support you throughout the program as a mentor. You will polish your leadership skills with our top leadership program and will be part of an international community.
