« Confidences et tendances », c’est une série d’événements sur des thématiques différentes liées à des métiers ou à des industries, et offrant des occasions d’échanges informels avec des mentor(e)s aux parcours inspirants.
Le jeudi 8 octobre 2026, on t’invite à rencontrer des professionnel(le)s œuvrant dans les domaines de la manufacture, des mines et de l’énergie, dans des organisations variées : grandes et petites entreprises, agences, startups, gouvernement…
Format : chaque mentor(e) rencontre successivement des petits groupes de 1 à 3 étudiant(e)s autour d’une table.

19h15 à 20h : réseautage libre entre étudiant(e)s et mentor(e)s autour de cocktails et d’amuse-bouche
L’événement est ouvert aux étudiant(e)s de HEC Montréal sur inscription, et s’adresse particulièrement aux étudiant(e)s de deuxième cycle (DESS, M. Sc., MBA…) ayant un vif intérêt pour les domaines présentés.

“Market Secrets” is a series of events, each focused on a different profession or industry, offering informal opportunities to meet mentors with inspiring career paths.
On Thursday, October 8, 2026, you will have the opportunity to meet professionals working in the manufacturing, mining, and energy sectors, across a wide range of organizations: large and small companies, agencies, startups, government organizations, and more.
Format: each mentor meets successively with small groups of 1 to 3 students around a table.

Event schedule:
4:45 PM: arrival of students
5:15 to 5:35 PM: welcome speech
5:35 PM to 7:15 PM : student/mentor meetings
7:15 PM to 8:00 PM : open networking time between students and mentors over cocktails and appetizers
The event is open to HEC Montréal students upon registration, and is particularly aimed at second-cycle students (DESS, M. Sc., MBA…) with a keen interest in the featured niche.
