We seek to hire the best talent in the world, with a broad range of expertise, experience, and backgrounds, knowing that this diversity sparks innovation and strengthens our ability to tackle our clients’ most complex challenges. It brings to life our commitment to our values, creating a high-performance environment where every single one of us feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.

The Bridge to Consulting Workshop is for freshman (first year) and sophomore (second year) students who have demonstrated a commitment to creating an environment of inclusion and respect for the individual and who have a unique perspective or background. Participants will have the opportunity to explore life as an Associate at BCG, and learn more about the consulting industry as a whole. They will also have the chance to interact with consultants from our Employee Networks, including the Black+Latinx@BCG and Indigenous@BCG Networks, who will share more about their experience and work.

Application deadline: March 20th, 2025

Eligibility: Our program is applicable to all class of 2027 and 2028 graduates looking for an internship.
