Valentina Bisi , M.Sc. Affaires internationales
Valentina est analyste d’affaires et Scrum Master chez BRP, où elle met à profit ses compétences en analyse de données, en gestion de projet et en consultation pour soutenir la transformation numérique de l’entreprise. Son parcours comprend également un poste d’analyste en conseil en gestion et un stage en stratégie et conseil auprès de la célèbre firme Accenture, où elle a réalisé des mandats dans l’industrie automobile de luxe.
Victoire Sauvé-Bourassa, M.Sc. Marketing
Victoire a débuté sa carrière chez Hydro-Québec en intégrant le programme de nouveaux diplômés, un parcours de développement accéléré en gestion qui lui a permis d’acquérir une expertise en gestion d’équipes et en transformation organisationnelle. Elle a ensuite occupé le poste de cheffe en sécurité et performance dans le secteur de la construction, où elle était responsable de la mise en place d’équipes et de la coordination de divers mandats opérationnels visant à améliorer la performance des opérations.
Depuis 2022, elle est cheffe efficacité opérationnelle en SST, pilotant des initiatives stratégiques pour optimiser la performance globale. Elle coordonne des projets transversaux impliquant la gestion des ressources humaines, financières et matérielles, tout en assurant l’adhésion des parties prenantes aux orientations stratégiques. Avant de rejoindre Hydro-Québec, elle a occupé des postes en service-conseil, stratégie, gestion de projet, marketing et communication.
Jeanne Brabant, B.A.A. (bilingue) TI et Marketing
“Après un stage en 2022 dans le Programme de leadership en opérations clients chez Bell, Jeanne a été sélectionnée pour ce même programme à temps plein après graduation. Elle y a réalisé deux rotations stratégiques : l’une en transformation digitale et l’autre en gestion de projet, contribuant à des initiatives d’envergure. Cette expérience lui a permis de développer des compétences transversales et de se préparer à des rôles variés. Depuis janvier 2025, elle a rejoint le département B2B, où elle occupe un poste permanent en implémentation, soutenant le déploiement du Justice Video Network pour les cours de justice et les institutions correctionnelles, illustrant la diversité des opportunités accessibles après le programme.”

Stéphanie est chargée d’équipe en Affaires gouvernementales chez Hydro-Québec, où elle met à profit son expertise en communication stratégique et en gestion des relations gouvernementales. Au sein de l’équipe Affaires gouvernementales d’Hydro-Québec, elle a eu l’occasion de jouer un rôle clé dans la gestion des projets liés aux énergies renouvelables et d’efficacité énergétique. Avant de rejoindre cet organisme, Stéphanie a occupé d’autre rôles stratégiques comme Coordonnatrice, Relations gouvernementales et affaires publiques au sein de TACT et Conseillère étudiante – Relations avec les gouvernements et les collectivités chez VIA Rail Canada.

Valentina Bisi , M.Sc. International Business
Valentina is a Business Analyst and Scrum Master at BRP, where she uses her skills in data analysis, project management and consulting to support the company’s digital transformation. Her career also includes a Management Consulting Analyst position and a Strategy and Consulting internship and a with the renowned firm Accenture, where she carried out mandates in the luxury automotive industry.
Victoire Sauvé-Bourassa, M.Sc. Marketing
Victoire began her career at Hydro-Québec by joining the new graduates program, an accelerated management development path that enabled her to acquire expertise in team management and organizational transformation. She then held the position of Safety and Performance Manager in the construction sector, where she was responsible for building teams and coordinating various operational mandates aimed at improving operational performance.
Since 2022, she has been head of operational efficiency in OHS, driving strategic initiatives to optimize overall performance. She coordinates cross-functional projects involving the management of human, financial and material resources, while ensuring stakeholder support for strategic orientations. Prior to joining Hydro-Québec, she held positions in consulting, strategy, project management, marketing and communications.
Jeanne Brabant, B.A.A. (bilingual) IT and Marketing
After a 2022 internship in the Customer Operations Leadership Program at Bell, Jeanne was selected for the same full-time program after graduation. There, she completed two strategic rotations: one in digital transformation and the other in project management, contributing to major initiatives. This experience enabled her to develop cross-functional skills and prepare for a variety of roles. Since January 2025, she has joined the B2B department, where she holds a permanent position in implementation, supporting the deployment of the Justice Video Network for courts of law and correctional institutions, illustrating the diversity of opportunities accessible after the program.

Stéphanie is a team leader in government affairs at Hydro-Québec, where she applies her expertise in strategic communications and government relations management. As part of Hydro-Québec’s Government Affairs team, she has had the opportunity to play a key role in managing renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Prior to joining Hydro-Québec, Stéphanie held other strategic roles such as Coordinator, Government Relations and Public Affairs at TACT and Student Advisor – Government and Community Relations at VIA Rail Canada.
