RBC Analyst Program, 2025 – Applications now open!

The RBC Analyst Program is dedicated to developing future leaders at RBC in one of our core product or functional areas. From day one, they will have the opportunity to acquire skills while supporting part of a business at Canada’s leading bank. They will be entrusted to solve complex problems and develop strategies that drive growth and profitability, working alongside leaders across the business.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Undergraduate university or master’s degree in business, Finance, Math, Economics or other related fields with less than two years of full-time work experience and be eligible to start the program from February 2025 / June 2025.
