Equipped with a number of years of professional work experience, you are pursuing a graduate program  and are looking for your 1st role in Quebec ? 

Take part in the program "Unlock Québec – Essential job search tips for professionals from abroad". 

This session is the third step in the program "Unlock Québec", a 3-part series of workshops and practical exercises in which you will learn how to optimize your job search in Montreal: 

• Part 1: Your market value (duration 1h30)
  Understand how local recruiters look at profiles and learn how to articulate your value in a new geography 
• Part 2: Your Career Plan (duration 1h30)
  Create a Career Plan that helps to bring clarity and will yield a greater ROI. 
• Part 3: Access the hidden job market (duration 1h30)
  Leverage the Side Door Method to transform your job search and access less crowded routes. 

All sessions will be conducted in English.

Séance 3 – Accéder au marché caché de l'emploi 

Tu as déjà plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle, tu poursuis actuellement un programme de 2eme cycle et tu cherches ton premier emploi au Québec ? 

Participe au parcours Unlock Québec – Conseils essentiels pour ta recherche d'emploi en tant que professionnel(le) venu(e) de l'étranger. 

Cette séance est la troisième étape du parcours Unlock Québec qui se compose de trois séances dans lesquelles tu apprendras à optimiser ta recherche d'emploi à Montréal : 

• Séance 1 : Ta valeur sur le marché (durée 1h30)
  Découvre comment les recruteurs locaux analysent les profils et apprends à exprimer ta valeur dans une nouvelle géographie. 
• Séance 2 : Ton plan de carrière (durée 1h30)
  Crée un plan de carrière clair qui t'aidera à mieux cibler et à obtenir un meilleur retour sur tes démarches. 
• Séance 3 : Accéder au marché caché de l'emploi (durée 1h30)
  Découvre la Side Door Method pour transformer ta recherche d'emploi et accéder à des opportunités moins concurrentielles. 

Toutes les séances auront lieu en anglais.
