We’re excited to share that Oliver Wyman is launching our First-Year Immersion Program— the first of its kind at OW, this program is a dynamic, virtual experience designed to equip college freshmen with valuable professional skills and to introduce them to the world of consulting and Oliver Wyman.
Who is eligible to participate?
This program is available to first year students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program U.S. or Canadian based institution – Class of 2028 ONLY.
What to Expect:
Our program unfolds in three engaging phases over the course of several months:
- Phase 1: Introduction to Consulting and Oliver Wyman (November)
- Discover the fundamentals of consulting and get acquainted with our firm. Learn about the consulting industry, its impact, and what sets us apart.
- Phase 2: A Day in the Life of a Consultant (February)
- Gain insights into the daily activities of consultants. Engage in an « Ask Me Anything » session to get your burning questions answered by experienced professionals. Learn more about exciting projects our consultants are working on right now and what it really means to be a professional problem solver.
- Phase 3: Skill-Building and Resources (March)
- Prepare for your future with our resource round, including case prep basics, professional development tips, and resume assistance.
